We might not have many rooms available for you, nor do we have sufficient staff needed to serve you perfectly. However, we are clear about our goal: Hoping that all the guests can just stay in the rooms provided by us : staring at the sea, daydreaming, and relaxing without going anywhere.

Terms and Conditions
    ※ Under 6 years old stays for free (not including breakfast and bathroom kit).
    ※ Between 6 to 12 years old, a head fee of $600 will be charged (including breakfast and bathroom kit)
    ※ Over 12 years old, as an adult, a head fee of $1000 will be charged (including breakfast and bathroom kit)
    ※ Two under 6 years old children will be charged $600 (including breakfast and bathroom kit for one only)
    ※ Hooope.1 Double room (swimming pool): This room type can accommodate one more adult, or two more children under 6 years old.
    ※ Hooope.2 Double room (sea view): This room type can accommodate one more adult, or one more children under 6 years old.
    ※ Hooope.3 Quad suite: This room type can accommodate one more adult only.

  1. Check in time is at 5pm and check-out is at 2pm. The room rate will be settled upon check-in time. Cash only, credit card service is not available at this moment.
  2. Breakfast is included, serving from 9am to 12pm every day. Please inform front desk your preferred breakfast hour for preparation ahead.
  3. Reservation within future 6 months is available (i.e. you can book accommodation for Aril starting from November 1st). A guarantee deposit of 50% room charge is requested for confirmation. Please wire the deposit within 3 days after reservation and provide us the transfer info for confirmation.
  4. Hotel Cancellation：
    Including amendment and any changes to your reservation.
    * 0 day before arrival date : There is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount.
    * 1 day before arrival date : There is a 80% administration.
    * 2 - 3 days before arrival date : There is a 70% administration.
    * 4 - 6 days before arrival date : There is a 60% administration.
    * 7 - 9 days before arrival date : There is a 50% administration.
    * 10 – 13 days before arrival date : There is a 30% administration.
    * 14 days before arrival date : There is a 0% administration.
  5. If there's land typhoon warning for Pingtong county or there's annoucement of suspending school and work in Pingtong county due to typhoon upon the check-in date, the deposit will be 100% returned. (Based on the announcement of CWB, Taiwan)
  6. Please make sure the number of guests while making reservation. Hooope Inn has the right to reject customer's check-in and forfeit the deposit if the number of guests doesn't go with the reservation.
  7. Please present your ID or passport for registration upon check-in.
  8. Hooope Inn provides 100% non-smoking space for our customers; if you need to smoke, please stay outdoors.
  9. Hooope Inn will request for compensation if in-room facilities are found damaged or missing while customer checking out.
  10. Pet is not allowed, except the assisting animal (i.e. guide dog).
  11. Drugs and fireworks related products are not allowed due to safety concern.
  12. To ensure the quality of your stay, please do not invite your friends to visit.
  13. Outdoor pool provided in Hooope.1 Double room is 100cm deep. Please enjoy the facility with safety.
  14. 2PM-5PM is our room cleaning time, do not provide luggage storage service.
  15. The hotel has limited parking spaces. If you need a parking space, please make a reservation in advance, thank you.
